UIMPROVE is an integrated system of improvement developed by the UIC. This can be used by any organisation to transform the way it works. UIMPROVE as an approach is:

UIMPROVE - the System of Improvement



The centre of the model is the 'what' - improving the organisation is the aim and focus of UIMPROVE. To do this, three things are needed - leadership, teamworking and data. The outer circle is the 'how'. This is the activity carried out by 'improvement professionals' who consult, facilitate and train in the four component areas to help people be better leaders, teamworkers, users of data and improvers.
