| UIMPROVE is an integrated system of improvement developed by the UIC.
This can be used by any organisation to transform the way it works. UIMPROVE

UIMPROVE - the System of Improvement
The centre of the model is the 'what' - improving the organisation is
the aim and focus of UIMPROVE. To do this, three things are needed -
leadership, teamworking and data. The outer circle is the 'how'. This
is the activity carried out by 'improvement professionals' who consult,
facilitate and train in the four component areas to help people be better
leaders, teamworkers, users of data and improvers.
UIMPROVE - the company
UIMPROVE is the sister company to the UIC providing organisations with
licences to use and train people in the approach.
