Weaver Vale Housing Trust

Weaver Vale Housing Trust is based in Cheshire and manages over 6000 properties. They employ just under 350 staff and have been training people in UIMPROVE for a number of years. Weaver Vale are a successful and established organisation, but are always striving to do better and be better. They have discovered that applying UIMPROVE is helping them with this goal, and with the support of a number of Facilitators they're delivering key projects that improve life for their customers.

In view of this, the Weaver Vale management team recently decided to further their commitment to the approach by embarking on a programme of training for their senior managers. Nearly 30 managers - including Steve Jennings, Weaver Vale's Chief Executive - are attending UIMPROVE's Strategic Improvement Programme to learn an approach to organisational improvement which Steve now describes as 'not optional'.
