| The programme for 2011 will follow the robust formula established over the last 4 years providing a variety of learning, networking and fun for all participants. This includes: |

| • | Guest speakers - a keynote speaker on each day looking at how their |

organisation is applying UIMPROVE and a number of Facilitators talking about interesting topics and assignments |
|
| • | Better Practice Exchange - a structured opportunity to share knowledge |
| and experience between organisations and get to know new people | |
| • | Drinks reception and conference dinner - we will make sure you get to meet old | and new friends during the course of the evening |
| • | Annual Pub Quiz - the prize is £250 for the charity nominated by the |
| winning team. | |
| Venue and times | |
| The conference will be held at the Manor House Hotel, Alsager, in rural Cheshire, between Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe. We have been using this venue since we were founded in 1992 because of good access by train or motorway, excellent conference rooms, high standards of accommodation, food and service. Nearest mainline station: Crewe, taxi 10-15 minutes, or by local train to Alsager Nearest local station: Alsager, 5 minutes walk Nearest airport: Manchester, good train service direct to Crewe Nearest motorway: M6 - Junction 16, 10 minutes drive Registration will commence and a buffet lunch will be served at 12.00 on Monday. We will start at 13.00. We will finish at 15.00 on Tuesday |
