The UIC has been training Facilitators since 1992. Attendees on our Facilitator Development Programme don't learn a loose set of soft skills - instead they learn how to facilitate UIMPROVE - an integrated approach to organisational improvement.

Our Facilitator's Guide to Improvement is the best resource on the market. Free updates are available through the 'manual update' facility.

The Annual UIMPROVE Facilitators Conference was first run in 2007 and has become the highlight of our calendar. Photographs, videos and reviews of the 2007 and 2008 conferences are available by clicking the link on the left. Book early for the 3rd Annual Conference in 2009.
