The UIC has been training Facilitators since 1994. Attendees on our Facilitator Development Programme don't learn a loose set of soft skills - instead they learn how to facilitate UIMPROVE - an integrated approach to organisational improvement. We also run this as a public course.

The Annual UIMPROVE Facilitators Conference

The Annual UIMPROVE Facilitators Conference was first run in 2007 and has become the highlight of our calendar. Photographs, videos and reviews of the 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 conferences are available by clicking the links on the left of the Facilitators Conference page.
