The UIC has been training Facilitators since 1994. Attendees on our Facilitator Development Programme don't learn a loose set of soft skills
- instead they learn how to facilitate UIMPROVE - an integrated approach to organisational improvement. We also run this as a public course.

The Annual UIMPROVE Facilitators Conference
