Andrea joined the UIC in January 2002. She has an extensive background in the real world including a wide variety of high-profile front-line managerial roles.
Andrea has facilitated a wide variety of major projects. She has facilitated at board level and worked across organisations facilitating change and improvement programmes. She has run a variety of team events, helping companies, develop action plans, sort out internal and cross functional working problems.
