Jenny Tremayne

Jenny joined the UIC in October 2001 as our first Australian colleague following over 10 years nursing experience in the Australian and British healthcare systems. She spent 6 years working with a variety of UIC clients in the UK and was the Project Leader in charge of developing our highly successful Facilitator Development Programme.

Jenny has enjoyed facilitating at Director level and gets a big kick out of getting stalled projects back on track. She enjoys working for a company that credits the great quality giants - Juran, Deming and Tribus. She believes the UIMPROVE approach has sound management principles which are easily applied at any level of an organisation.

Jenny now heads up The Universal Improvement Company Australia enjoying work with a number of clients in Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. She works with a great team and is keen to role out the important work already achieved in the UK and build on it on Aussie shores. She believes there is a great deal of opportunity for UIMPROVE and Noriaki here is Australia.
