Steve McKenna

Steve joined the UIC in June 2005. He first came across the company in 2004 when he attended Improve Your Projects and was immediately converted. He then applied the approach in the real world - both as a Project Leader and to facilitate events and meetings.

Since joining the UIC, Steve has worked with a wide variety of clients to diagnose and recommend interventions leading to significant improvements for them. These include planning for reorganisations, streamlining processes and carrying out Corporate Planning. Along the way he has been able to build up a range of knowledge across industries, which has helped build solid relationships with those clients.

In his free time, Steve spends time with his family in Northwich where this year's aim is to teach Danny to ski and just get Izzie to stop putting his phone in the pan drawer.
