Lisa Hosking

Lisa joined the UIC in 2008 and now heads up the team in Australia. Prior to that she worked in the transport and logistics industries in both project management and learning and development roles. Her most recent role in the ports industry involved managing global training programs with the aim of improving processes, moving towards systems thinking and therefore increasing efficiency in an operational environment. She enjoys working with her clients at the UIC to achieve the same improvements and enjoys the practical way UIMPROVE helps them to do this.

Lisa left her native Yorkshire for Australia in 1999 and after a period living in Sydney now truly calls Melbourne home. With clients based as far afield as Norwich, UK and Brisbane, Australia, Lisa spends a lot of her time on planes and sampling the delights of various airline lounges.
