12th Annual UIMPROVE Conference

The 12th Annual UIMPROVE Conference will be held on 14-15 May 2018 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield Park between Chesterfield and Sheffield.


Who should attend?
We have seen organisations take different approaches to who they send and observed that the following mixture is ideal with a minimum of three and a maximum of six participants:

(1) The Chief Executive or a Director (someone different each year)
(2) Someone from the Next Tier Down, i.e. a direct report to a Director
(3) The UIMPROVE Coordinator (should attend every year)
(4) A minimum of one and a maximum of four Facilitators (one novice, one experienced, one who has attended the conference before, one who hasn't)
(5) Recently appointed senior managers who need to better understand UIMPROVE
(6) Improvement enthusiasts who don't fall into any of the above categories

The programme
The programme for 2018 will follow the robust formula established over previous years providing a variety of learning, networking and fun for all participants.

We identify potential speakers as the year progresses and begin our planning processes in January so check back for who you can expect. This normally includes one or more Keynote Speakers - usually the Chief Executive from one of our clients and a mixture of speakers including Facilitators from a variety of organisations.

There are no hidden costs. The rates above include all meals and refreshments through from lunch on day 1 to lunch on day 2 plus accommodation on the middle night of the conference. If you are travelling a long distance you may want accommodation on the night prior. Tick the box on the booking form for this and we'll charge an extra 110 + VAT per person. This includes breakfast.
