The 2019 UIMPROVE Conference

15-16 July 2019
The 2019 UIMPROVE Conference will be held on 15-16 July 2019 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield Park between Chesterfield and Sheffield.

Who should attend?
We have seen organisations take different approaches to who they send and observed that the following mixture is ideal with a minimum of three and a maximum of six participants:

(1) The Chief Executive or a Director (someone different each year)
(2) Someone from the Next Tier Down, i.e. a direct report to a Director
(3) The UIMPROVE Coordinator (should attend every year)
(4) A minimum of one and a maximum of four Facilitators (one novice, one experienced, one who has attended the conference before, one who hasn't)
(5) Recently appointed senior managers who need to better understand UIMPROVE
(6) Improvement enthusiasts who don't fall into any of the above categories

The benefits of attending
The conference will provide you with an opportunity to:

(1) Meet people from other organisations and industries and see what they're doing
(2) Hear interesting speakers and see how UIMPROVE works elsewhere
(3) Contribute to the development of the approach
(4) Get up-to-date with the latest thinking and developments
(5) Clear your brain and focus on improvement for 2 days
