Facilitators’ Masterclass

17-18 January 2022

This is a one-off public course for UIMPROVE Facilitators to reinvigorate their skills, learn from each other and refresh the improvement thinking at work in their organisations.

Covid-19 has radically altered the way organisations and people work, and the need for collaboration and engagement is as strong as ever.

Some UIMPROVE Facilitators have found that they have either lost the opportunity to use their skills, while others have adapted them to working on-line. What most of our clients are telling us is that remote working has its advantages, but face-to-face working is still the surest way to generate meaningful participation and get things done.

This one-off 2 day Masterclass is designed to help UIMPROVE Facilitators reflect on what they have learned over the last 18 months, hear and learn best practice from others, and re-build their confidence in helping their organisations apply UIMPROVE.

The course will enable participants to:

  • Understand some of the impacts the pandemic has had on teamworking
  • Run the new Project Events which feature in Version 6.0 of The Complete Guide to Improvement
  • Re-apply their existing training with new confidence
  • Connect with other UIMPROVE Facilitators in different organisations and industries
  • Pick the brains of UIC Consultants about facilitating both face-to-face and on-line

Places are limited to 15 so be sure to book yours early.
