Public Courses
We deliver the majority of our training in-house for our clients (see In-house Programmes and Training), however we run a small number of public courses each year.
Our Public Courses are for you if:
- You want to ‘try before you buy’ and get feedback from a couple of participants before making a bigger investment
- You do not have enough participants to commission an in-house programme
Improve Your Projects is our 2-day course designed for anyone who carries out any type of project work – large or small projects, working alone, part of or leading a team.
Universal Improvement Skills is our 3-day course designed for anyone involved in projects who wants to get up-and-running with UIMPROVE.
Universal Leadership Skills is also a 3-day course, aimed at people who lead teams and organisations and who want to take their leadership skills to the next level.
