The small print
(1) Payment: Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice, 31 March 2020 for our 'book early and save' rate. (2) Refunds/cancellation charges: Made up to 4 weeks before the conference: full refund/no cancellation charge. Made up to 2 weeks before the conference: 50% refund/cancellation charge. Within 2 weeks of the conference: no refund/100% cancellation charge. Substitutions can be made at no cost right up until the day. (3) Cancellation by us: 100% refund + 10% discount on our next event. (4) Intellectual property: All of our training materials and business approaches are proprietary to The Universal Improvement Company and must be treated confidentially by course delegates. Reproduction of our training materials in any format requires our prior written consent.
