Diane started her career working in a Community Law Centre, before moving on to a long career in Social Housing. She has project managed major business transformational change programmes and has held multiple leadership roles within Customer Experience. She is passionate about delivering continuous improvement which meets and exceeds customers’ expectations. She is proud to have led her teams to success with a few gongs for external awards along the way.

Diane trained as a Facilitator with the UIC back in the late 90s and has been a UIMPROVE practitioner ever since. She has plenty of hands on experience using the methodologies step-by-step in the real world to deliver lasting improvements.

In 2017 Diane took the leap into self-employment. Continuing her passion for people and customers, she has supported individuals and organisations to develop, grow and change. Working alongside Customer Experience professionals, she has recently worked with Utility Providers, NHS & Fire & Rescue Services. To add to her wealth of improvement experience, Diane is currently studying the ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programme.

When she’s not improving customer experience up and down the country, Diane likes to head off on her travels overseas. She has travelled to most corners of Italy and has even taken up the lingo.
