Rebecca
Rebecca has been with the UIC since 2011 and in 2019 took over the role of Managing Director of the Australian business from Lisa. Having graduated with a degree in Mechatronics, she started off her professional life as an engineer and worked in manufacturing, specialising in process improvement, before taking a sideways step into systems development. Rebecca brought to the UIC a keen interest and experience in improvement methodologies and a range of software development skills. She has since become an expert in our Kestrel operational performance improvement system, performance analysis and all aspects of public transport reliability and punctuality. As well as her systems responsibilities she delivers our improvement training, in particular Universal Data Skills where she puts her scientific background and knowledge of Statistical Process Control to good use.
Rebecca lives with her young son and several cats in country Victoria. In her spare time, she has a variety of hobbies including improving her French and writing novels.
